Now that you have carefully checked our eligibility criteria, you are ready to prepare your stock shipment.

How to declare your stock shipment online?

Each stock shipment must be declared via the customer interface with a Warehouse Inbound Order (WIO). When declaring your WIO, you must also declare the barcodes associated with each SKU in order for us to identify the items received. Each stock shipment must be associated with a Cubyn delivery document that is used to identify pallets and packages upon receipt.
Please note that for stock shipments sent by UPS and DHL, the carrier tracking number of each package can replace the Cubyn delivery document.
An estimated arrival date and an estimated number of packages must be reported for each stock shipment.

How to prepare your items before sending them to our warehouse?

Each item can only have one declared barcode and a barcode can only be assigned to one SKU.
Each barcode must be readable according to the following standards:
    Directly scannable (not hidden, not curved)
    Clear and opaque background with dark lines
    Minimum quality = grade C
    Minimum resolution for a 1D barcode = 0.20 mm
    Minimum resolution for a 2D QR code = 0.70mm
๐Ÿ’กIf necessary, Cubyn can generate QR codes for free for the items on the Shipper App based on the declared information. In this case, the QR codes must be sticked by the customer on each article before the shipping of the stock.

All textile products must be blister-packed.

How to pack your products before sending them to our warehouse?

Products received at the warehouse must be packed in parcels or on pallets - traditional pallets as well as box pallets are allowed.
Parcels must meet the following standards:
    Any size <= 100 cm
    Maximum weight 30 kg
    No apparent defect
    Properly packaged to protect against damage and deterioration during shipping and storage
Pallets and box pallets must meet the following standards:
    Maximum length/width/height: 80cm/120cm/200cm
    Maximum weight: 700 kg
    All pallets must be wrapped in plastic stretch film
    No apparent defect
    Properly wrapped to protect the products from damage and deterioration during shipping and storage.
Each pallet is opened at the reception.
Each parcel on pallet (for delivery in pallets) or parcel directly received (for delivery in parcels) is by default opened and each product inside is considered as an item.

How to send products to our warehouse?

The Cubyn label or the declared carrier tracking number (in the case of UPS or DHL) must be stuck :
    On each package of the WIO in case of delivery in parcels
    On each pallet of the WIO in case of delivery in pallets
    On the driver's delivery note in case of delivery by truck of a single WIO
The Cubyn QR code or the carrier tracking ID stuck on the parcels/pallets must meet the following standards:
    Directly scannable (not hidden by packaging)
    Clear, opaque background with dark lines
    Minimum quality = grade C
    Minimum resolution for a 1D barcode = 0,20 mm
    Minimum resolution for a 2D QR code = 0.70 mm
In case of delivery of pallets, they can be stacked up to a maximum height of 200cm. Stacked pallets must be wrapped together with stretch film. In case of delivery without pallet, the parcels can be stacked up to 200 cm.
Pallets/parcels must be delivered with a vehicle that can be unloaded from the warehouse docks by Cubyn operators. For pallet delivery, the truck height must be at least 130cm.
Each pallet and package is considered received when it has been scanned by a Cubyn operator and identified with a Cubyn QR code. The delivery person must wait for each parcel/pallet to be scanned before leaving. Only Cubyn scans will be considered proof of delivery (the delivery note is not proof of delivery).

Customs clearance

Customs charges for stock shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Cubyn will not perform customs clearance.
Any stock shipment that is not under CIP (Carrier and Insurance Paid) or DDP (delivery duty paid) will be refused upon receipt.

Where and when to send your products?

French warehouse ๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท

Stock shipments can be delivered between 9am and 7pm (CET) to the warehouse. The warehouse is open Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
During the days listed below, the head office and the warehouse do not work:
    New Years Day: January 1, 2022
    Easter Monday: April 18, 2022
    Labor Day: May 1, 2022
    Victory Day: May 8, 2021
    Ascension Thursday: May 26, 2022
    National holiday: July 14, 2022
    Assumption: August 15, 2022
    All Saints' Day: November 1, 2022
    Armistice of 1918: November 11, 2022

Spanish warehouse ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ธ

Stock shipments can be delivered between 9am and 5:30pm (CET) to the warehouse. The warehouse is open Monday through Friday.
During the days listed below, the head office and the Spanish warehouse do not work:
    New Year's Day: January 1
    Three Kings Day: January 6th
    Maundy Thursday: April 1st
    Good Friday: April 2
    International Workers' Day: May 1
    Assumption of the Virgin: August 15
    Spanish National Holiday: October 12
